Dr. Lauren Eberly, Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, has been named a 2025 recipient of the prestigious American Society for Clinical Investigation (ASCI) Young Physician-Scientist Award. This award recognizes her outstanding contributions to research and clinical care early in her career. Dr. Eberly’s research centers on addressing the cardiovascular care needs of this population, especially within Native American communities. In 2022, she received a CEAR Core pilot grant entitled “Improving Quality of Heart Failure Care Among American Indian Patients Receiving Care through the Indian Health Service.”
